This resonated with me so deeply. It’s a pattern I am working hard to shift, because sleep is so vital to mental, physical and spiritual wellness. But the life things that drive my feeling like I need to regain some sense of control don’t just disappear. Mindfulness is helping the most.

I know! This is me too. Not sure if it’s just a phase with COVID though. I sure hope so.
