These are fantastic, thanks for posting them. Idk if it is age, sobriety or a combo, but I have definitely been less prone to all or nothing thinking and catastrophizing thinking…I suffered terribly with those for years…and blaming myself. :heart:

Reading up on coping with having a partner with OCPD…

“While some relationships with partners who have OCPD may not be viable, others can improve with psychotherapy and a different approach from you, their partner. This will take heroic initiative on your part, but it may be worth it.”

I ALSO just found a support group for people like me on FB lol… Maybe this will help.

Oh man, as someome working in healthcare this really hit home. I wear my smile like a uniform to work to cheer everbody up, fearing somebody could notice how empty I feel inside.
Day 13 of trying to love myself enough by not filling the void with alcohol anymore :rainbow:
