So much! Health is so much more than a number on the scales… It is what we eat, how we move, the way we feel. Our bodies are capable of so much and our beauty comes from who we are, not what we are told we should be :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

So I wanted to get your opinion on something please. I wonder if by me continuing to read things about narcissism and betrayal trauma it is not allowing me to heal from my last relationship because it just keeps reminding me of her? I am aware of what she did but think it’s time to stop looking for something that I already know that’s causing me harm. My therapist had told me before to stop looking things up online but that was in regards to me self diagnosing myself lol. I appreciate any thoughts thank you so much! :sunglasses::metal:t2:

I think you’ve grown so much and that’s very intelligent of you to be aware of that.

Then I was on the right track of thinking then right @anon79808082? Stop reading things I don’t need to that only re-traumatizes me? Sounds like I just answered my own question lol :upside_down_face:

I agree - I think while it’s helpful to read for purposes of understanding and learning, reading too much gets you in too deep and can get you stuck. But you’re aware! And that’s important!
