Omg nothing remains was my death march anthem back in the day. Awesome!
Someone might have to teach me hiw to post videos properly
Pretty proud of myself. Was able to go out to a metal show and enjoy it sober tonight. I don’t think I have done that since before I turned 21. And I enjoyed it a lot more in addition to not feeling like crap. Hooray!
And I bet you can remember everything they played haha I used to get so shit faced before seeing my favorite bands and have to look up the YouTube videos the next day to see what their set list was
Used to listen to these guys nonstop. They played a lot at a local venue a few years back.
For those who like it slow and heavy. This is my friend’s band Sisters Ov The Blackmoon.
Here is something really heavy, some new Crowbar that was put out recently
The easy way is to just post your youtube link on its own line it should auto format
My name is Andy and i’m new here i have 20 years sobriety and this song is by Dream Theater - 12 Steps Suite (Full Song).
I’m not really into thrash metal, but that video was insane in the membrane!
Met Dio back in 98 and got my Elf album signed by him!
@Asprinkle thanks for the tip! I will try this later Btw you guys are killing the game for me. Im the only girl i know who metals so this is really great for me. If only we were all closer. We could mosh like one happy family ^.^ hope everyones doin all right.
I highly recommend giving this one a listen. This is a slower song from my favorite melodic death metal band. Insomnium is what I usually listen to when I draw because the atmosphere of their songs and nature themes fit my style of art very well. They are from Finland but slowly starting to gain a lot of popularity in the states.
@Nughiem girrrrl there are so many badass female metalheads out there especially where I live. It’s nice to congregate in sobriety, though. Drinking is a pinnacle of the culture unfortunately.
I LOVE windhand. So glad you posted one of their songs. The lead singer has an acoustic album she recorded that is really great if you want to hear something a little different. I spent a lot of last year really diving into a lot of doom metal.
That’s crazy I jus got into Windhand earlier last year I wasn’t even aware that the vocalist is a female, she kicks ass!
