Is it better to taper off of methadone or cold Turkey? I went from 2 10 mg pills a day to a half a pill when I can’t sleep…it’s been 14 hours without anything. How long is the physical withdrawal going to last?
Always best to come off it with help … shit can go wrong Easly… be carful

Methadone is a long acting opiod sometimes withdrawl wont start til 24-48hrs. Tapering was best but your gonna have a few weeks ahead of u withdrawl. Im 3 weeks clean from heroin and im about 85% back to normal… it will always get better its very rough at first but you come to a turning point eventually where it gets easier…goodluck
