20 carbs a day or below. Difficult at first but it’s been the best thing I’ve ever tried. Don’t even miss bread nowadays
I eat what I want and just exercise a lot. I’m not allowed to drive so I bike and walk many miles a day.

Completely agree. It makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something every time I go somewhere. It’s great for my self esteem, which I had none before. And walking just makes me happy.

I live in a city of 120,000 and people from the program still seem to find me on my travels and offer me rides.
