Hello everyone one, it’s my 34 day recovery from Sex addiction (it’s sex addiction not porno addiction).
The thing is that I have mood swings, hard ones, so are those mood swings considered bipolar or they are withdrawal symptoms?
Can’t speak to sex addiction, my addiction is alcohol, but as far as mood swings I know I’ve had them since I stopped.
In addition, my wife has bipolar ii and I know quite a bit about mood swings in relation to that. Try to remember the last time you had a manic episode. Do you cycle rapidly? Are you taking medications for bipolar? If so, are they helping or should you see your doc and have an adjustment?
