When we experience anger we can try and react with SAIN

Stop - take a breath, saying the first thing that comes into your mind is unlikely to be best thing to say
Allow - notice what you’re feeling, let it be there
Investigate - try and be curious, why is this happening?
Non-identification - exploring emotions without letting it define us… I am feeling anger, not I am angry
