I watched this one 2 times in a row!! Don’t even know where to begin with this one.. but very different in a good way.. Definitely could see myself watching this again for the third time at some point in the future
Oooh thanks for the tag…it does look intriguing.
And what are your plans for the future? Getting married. And then? I am married.
We’ve come a far way.
Had to watch it. It got 16 nominations for the Oscar’s I thought it was ok. I love Michael B Jordan. I did enjoy some parts of it.
Nocturnal Animals, definitely not for the feint of heart. A really moving story if you can stomach it.
I love the blues and vampires and inspired acting…plus the credits scene…tears.
They need a category for best scene…because when Preacher Boy is playing and conjures all the dancers…absolute brilliance.
Your mileage varied…and that is cool.
I finally got around to watching this movie and it is the most unhinged film I’ve ever seen! I wouldn’t be able to watch it again to be honest
but I enjoyed the creativity, the message and the pure shock value.
Have you watched Sean Penn in One Battle After Another yet? ![]()
Yes. I liked it a lot
but not in a cinema.
Same. I waited to watch it at home and then I watched it 3 times ![]()
Amazing film. I love Paul Thomas Anderson movies for the most part.
Oh and Benicio Del Toro was my favorite in that movie. ![]()
This one was pretty fascinating about power dynamics, humiliation and weaponized politeness.
All the juicy insidious details that can rot an environment from the inside out. ![]()
Great posts. I’ve watched a few that were recommended I had not seen before.
I heard the Melania movie received bad reviews. Someone said if they showed the Melania movie on an airplane, people would still walk out.
Been thinking about this next .. my brother recommended it also. Mostly been watching shows or documentaries but need a good movie
Well that was………extremely disturbingly weird
I kinda thought the ending was something like that.
My son will be hanging with a buddy in a nearby town with a movie theatre. I think I’ll take myself to movies while I wait to pick him up
I’m debating Wuthering Heights or Crime 101. Anyone see either of these?
