I slept okay, but again woke up around 1pm. I really gotta change my sleeping rhythm. But sun is shining, it’s a warm day, so now I’m gonna go for the day’s first walk. Happy to be sober. That’s all for the moment. Take care yourselves, have a great 24!

Another good day behind. I’m really enjoying of my sobriety and that I feel almost “normal”, not so depressed all the time. I’ve been walking alot, reading books, watching series, praying etc. to keep me busy so I can’t dwell inside my head like I used to. I feel more balanced and I really like my life at the moment. But as always, gotta take one day at a time. I’m gonna watch one episode of The Chosen before hitting the pillow. I wish you all a great day/evening/night! Thank you for being there, sober fam!

Again I slept okay. I’m glad that my sleep has been good lately. I even managed to get up at 10am, so I ate oatmeal with other residents. Today I’m gonna take walks and re-watch SEAL Team, I love that show. Have a great 24 everyone!

I can’t believe I’ve been tomorrow for 100 day without weed! Time flies so fast, it’s surreal. Today is looking like a good day, sun is shining, but it’s not hot which is good. I slept okay and my mood is just fine. One day at a time. Have a great sober 24 everyone!

I have today my counselor’s meeting which is nice. It feels good to have support and a great care team. I’m so grateful to all of them, they are helping me so much on my sober path. Today I’m just gonna chill and watch series, enjoying of my time in the sober paradise. Have a great 24 everyone!

I have today my psych nurse’s meeting via Teams which I’m looking forward to. It’s nice to talk about everything, about my recovery and mental health. Rest of the day will go with watching SEAL Team. Should be a relaxing day. I’m feeling good, my depression and anxiety are under control thanks to sobriety, thank God. I wish you all a great sober 24, we got this! One day at a time.

Today I’ve been two months without alcohol and I’m feeling good. My sobriety is going strong. I had yesterday my new psych nurse’s meeting and although she’s not as good as the old one, the meeting was okay and fruitful. Today sun is shining, so I’m gonna take a walk and then just watch series. Should be a nice and relaxing day. Have a great 24 everyone, we got this!
