After 15 days sober why am i still getting muscle cramps in legs feet and hands?
Sounds like lack of potassium
Taking multi vitamin and a magnesium/calcium supplement. Also eat a banana daily. This was common after long runs from sweating so much . I figured with stopping alcohol it would go away.

Nuts, like almonds and peanuts
Citrus fruits
Leafy, green vegetables
Milk
Potatoes these have potassium as well
