I would like to share an experience.
A friend of mine suffered from severe neuroborreliosis for years, it heavily effected her nerves, inflammation and caused incredible pain. she got from her general practitioner who also is educated in holistic medical approaches methylen blue 3% solution, not i.v. but as liquid bought at the pharmacy to asure highest medical quality standards. she took 5 drops daily for 2 years in a glas of water. after 6 months her nerve issues had gotten better and the pain issues due to neuroborrelioses had dropped significantly (they overlooked a severe hip issue as the main cause of pain in her right leg, this was fixed by surgery once the correct diagnosis was set and the pain cause could be separated from the neuroborreliosis).
two years ago she sent me 100 ml as we had talked about my long covid symptoms which were very present at that time. i took 2 drops daily for half a year and it made the brainfog decrease markedly, the joint pains reduced to flare ups every now and then. i still take it for a week +/- when i get flare ups but don’t need it permanently since .
there is scientific literature on it, as it is a very old tool that works on cellular level.
you can use it as beautiful blue dye too for crafts and coloring
and it makes your pee blue/green
Wow that is wonderful news. So glad your friend was able to improve her pain levels and heal with this solution . Grateful still that they were able to figure out the underlying issue and treat her hip properly.
Glad that you have seen some success with it yourself also. Thank you for sharing.
I was planning on revisiting this and doing more research. The OTC solutions here are not safe for human consumption and it is a bit difficult to get the doctors to prescribe. I was going to try this last year but then I was told to get my dizzy spells under control before even entertaining this.
Lol…that’s good to know. Would have freaked me out
While this thread started with Jasmine’s personal story, it’s grown to exemplify the amazing support system and knowledge sharing that TS is about.
Just over a year into my own sobriety and I have some undiagnosed issues lingering that drinking would mask, that this is prompting me to get checked out. Among many other threads as well, this has reinforced what an amazing support group we have here. Thank you all for being you.
Here too, my friend was lucky to have an openminded and experienced GP.
Here we can get the 1 % solution fluid without prescription at the pharmacy. This products are safe and medical high standard for human consumption according to the quality laws on pharmacies. When I run out of the bottle my friend gifted me I will turn to this and adapt the intake quantity accordingly. sorry that you can’t get the safe quality OTC, that’s a pitty as the low dose approach can be helpful.
this is such a blessing. Grateful she found someone so openminded and helpful.
I appreciate the tips and will look into it. I am always worried about side effects and am currently trying to find all natural ways and even then have to be careful of how some foods / supplements react with each other.
I do see that CoQ10 is a natural alternative. I do remember taking this at one point and now can’t remember why I stopped.
I do hope you are able to continue to get benefits from it even when you go to the lower dose
I’m hanging in there. I don’t even know what to write or share these days as I feel like I would just be complaining. I am grateful that I am able to move about and get my exercises done. Able to show up for work when needed. I have been back in the pool which is lovely but not giving me the same relief I am used to.
We had no electricity yesterday and that was such a huge blessing as it gave me a day off of work. I was in no shape to go and took full advantage of resting. Since I took almost 2 years off of work I feel like I can’t ask for time off (I work with family and they would give it to me in a heartbeat).
Not sure if it is the manuka honey causing my cysts to burst which then leaves the skin area raw and tender or its the heat and humidity on top of my overheating body but my pelvic and rectal region are hurting (lol - not sure how to say this or if I should say private parts) -hurting moreso than the normal bs.
I wanted to list all the positives or healings that have occurred since 2021 or maybe do that and do a post of how it all started to possibly help anyone else with similar issues. Want to save someone from going down the same experimental loop. But I just can’t seem to sit down and write LOL
Thanks for asking love. I hope you are doing well today. I know you have a lot on your plate at the moment. Hope you are remembering to take care of yourself as you are taking care of everyone else around you.
Thank you for sharing all of this with me. Please don’t ever feel like it’s “just complaining.” This is your life, your body, your reality right now, and I want to hear about it, the hard parts and the good parts both.
I’m grateful you’re able to move, get your exercises in, and show up for work. That unexpected day without electricity really does sounds like exactly what you needed. I‘m glad you actually let yourself rest. You deserve that, and you deserve to ask for rest even without a power outage giving you permission. Two years off doesn’t erase how much you’ve earned the right to take care of yourself. Your family already seems to know that, so maybe it’s you who needs to hear it too?
I’m sorry the pain has been worse than usual. I really hope that the pool will give you the same relief as it used to.
Thank you for asking about me too, love. I’m aware it’s a special time and I feel calm most of the time. I am grateful I can be there. And I‘m trying to take my own advice about resting and take care of myself every day.
Many thanks love. I appreciate your kind words and needed to hear this at the moment. I am currently practicing deep breathing to push the pain aside and be present. It feels so relentless. Funny how if someone was to walk in right now I could jump up and greet them with a smile and ignore everything I am dealing with. I almost want to be in that state all the time LOL - But i know that is not healthy. so yeah I was right - jumped right up and was super friendly LOL - just giving myself a migraine with all this talking.
Much love friend. Yes - please do take care of you. Receiving the lovely hug and sending one right back
Jazz. I just caught up here, I have my head so far up my ass fighting my own demons of late, I have limited capacity to follow up on other’s lives here.
I’m not kidding, I’d probably murder somebody if I had half of the physical struggles you have. I’m sorry if this is inappropriate, I know with you I can allow myself this.
I can’t with how much you have to cope with and how much you simultaneously offer everyone around you so much hope and strength to continue on our recovery.
Never feel as though you are complaining, girl your body is attacking your own body babe. do what you need to cope with this.
I’m here for you.
i also agree with @EarnIt , this is THE BEST thread journal title ever.
You have absolutely nothing to apologize for. I am so very happy to see you fighting those demons and showing up for yourself every day. I totally get how much that is at the beginning and am grateful that you have taken the time to read through here and offer your support.
. Made me laugh and yeah I had a lot of anger in the beginning. Some of these symptoms started many decades ago so maybe I’ve always been angry and trying to mute myself. I have gone through some dark phases and am grateful now that I catch myself in time. Usually the anger is turned inwardly and I am no longer adding more harm or pain to my body/ mind.
Many thanks for this and I do appreciate you. Much love Mel. Thank you
How are you, Jazzy? I hope you got enough sleep and rest. If I remember correctly, it’s a work weekend for you. I hope you can enjoy the festival and wish you kind and friendly customers
I am grateful that I got some hours of deep sleep last night. Still feeling fatigued but able to work. I am looking forward to the festival and not looking forward to it lol. Taking tomorrow as a rest day as I know I’ll need recovery.
This has been a rough week but today pain and itching levels are tolerable.
Thanks for asking. I am grateful that I will be with.y brother and that does make work easier
