Doc=opiates. My head is absolutely pounding right now and I just want to whine about it. My parents are in town and a huge stressor/trigger. Just got done with dinner and I’m trying to figure out what to do with myself. Took some Advil. Half of me just wants to go wilding and half of me just wants to lay down but it’s to early for sleep. Just whining this too shall pass. But uggggg

Hope you were able to get some rest and that it goes away soon!
Didn’t even make a dent. A couple Tylenol ice pack and a Xanax let me sleep.

Still pounding and the back of my head feels like it’s tender to the touch. But my day is over until it’s time for the family in town dog and pony show tomorrow morning. Today’s my 20th day clean. Don’t fuck up now…don’t fuck up now…don’t fuck up now…
