I started sobriety from porn back in Easter Sunday. I reached to appx 210 days before relapse. I’m happy to say that’s the longest I’ve been sober from it since I was 18 or 19. I’m gonna be 33 this April. It’s is one hour until I’m declared sober for one whole day. Nothing wrong with starting there, so I’m learned. I’ve gone off an on. Can’t trust myself with Instagram Twitter. And hardly tiktok to be completely honest. My wife sleeps in a separate bed from me because of my snoring and her back pain as well from scoliosis.
It’s very tough. My hardest part to overcome is accountability. Hopefully I can come to this community of brothers and sisters with similar stories and struggles so we can all fight the good fight together. Blessings!
