Time to write something beautiful that happened today.
As some of you may know I started taking an SSRI (Escitaloprame) in December '23.
It didn’t change me as a human, I didn’t gain weight and it didn’t completely numb me, but I had (and still have) some minor side effects.
Now, almost 11 months in, I was able to have a good cry. Not those overloaded ones when I wasn’t able to stop the downspiral of emotions. This was a good, enjoyable cry. And I missed it!
Being able to just observe an emotion and willingly let it happen, oh my that is so beautiful!
So I think I’m making another step on the journey to myself
