Thank you for these wise words. Although I am reading them a month and a week later, the universe has a way to putting things together. Not coincidences. Before I came on here tonite to check in on day 1, I was reading a book called You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L Hay, and she wrote the same thing about my experiences having created a mental pattern that has brainwashed me to believe I am unworthy. But I am worthy! I was struggling to accept this and here I find your message! Telling me exact same!!!
I have come to accept that though the power is in my hands to change, it’s okay to need others. I emailed a holistic therapist, hopefully I hear from her tomorrow.
