I have had ostrich eggs! I love them! I am even considering (kind of) having Ostrich on my farm.
(as the starter of this game, and because there are always new people to the forum, let’s say you can post a “Never” if it’s not been posted in a full month). That still allows us to get to know our newer members, or members who weren’t able to answer because someone else got to it, first. Fair?

I have! My father was an LAPD helicopter pilot, so I got to fly with him on shift many times. Coolest!

I’ve grown and cooked fresh artichoke. It can be a bit fiddly de-choking them (i.e. getting the fibrous core out) but in Venice I saw it done by a bloke outside a restaurant with a large bucket of them and taking about half a second each. Easier to take the leaves off and dip them in hollandaise sauce. 
Never have I ever ridden a camel. I have been offered a few times. I was with a group once who decided it would be fun to “correct” an Arab’s English. By the time we left he was asking tourists if they want to f*** a camel!

ugh, I have hit a drug dealer hard in the face back in the 1980s. we were on the way to the bus and were “offered” drugs (very common back in these days). he wouldn’t step aside and we wanted to catch the bus. I got really upset & angry, this was not the 1st time. we caught the bus
