Today I start this thread to track my recovery. Started Online Virtual Meetings and Physical Meetings in my Local Area.
My Physical Condition is Bad I have HCV and my liver is giving up. (Removed)
Honesty Openmindness and Willingness is what I am going to start with.

This is absolutely 100% false. Your sponsor is either a moron or a liar or both. HIV is contracted through exchange of bodily fluid, usually blood, via sexual intercourse or the sharing of needles.

Like @Englishd said… HCV cannot turn into HIV, that is crazy. Focus on your recovery but don’t add unnecessary fear into your mind. New recovery has enough fears for you to work through without adding more to it, just sayin. Super glad you’re here, welcome!!!

Well, unless it was hyperbole, as in “you have HCV now. And if you don’t stop, next will be HIV…”. I digress.
@golubkw - quitting H and living sober is the best thing to can do right now. Take it one day at a time and work your program!
