New Blog Post - The Girl I Thought I Lost

The past week has been full of up and down emotions. For those of you who read my last blog post, it was pretty heavy. I’ve done a lot of self reflection and experienced a wide range of emotion this past week and I’m glad to say that I feel I am getting back on track. This post is all about feeling the emotions, good or bad, and using them as motivation, power, and fuel to keep going. I also write about other aspects of my life I feel like I got back when I quit. I definitely agree with hysteria being a good description of emotions when drinking. They are blunted, but still chaotically high.
