Welcome Kevin, you’re in the right place. We’re all working some type of recovery here so welcome to the club!

For me my early recovery was big about educating myself. I read a lot, listened to audiobooks. After that I started looking around for recovery groups. That had a huge impact for me. I found that being in a group with others in recovery really helped me feel less alone. I’d encourage you to join a recovery group in your area (AA, SMART recovery, etc). There is a good list here:

And never, ever give up. Never, ever stop trying. Even if things feel crazy - trust your recovery & have faith in it, you will grow into something new, a little bit every day.
