Night eating

I hear you. For me, it is substituting one issue for another…story of my life. It has gotten better thankfully with time. Tho I still have my moments. Work in progress and all that.

I havent spoken to my doctor but I should. And i agree about switching one bad habit for another. Its the same as binge eating. Ive noticed sometimes i do that as well, especially at night. Then i wake up in remorse. The only time I can stop it is if im super focused on not doing it. Its tough though … work in progress. :orange_heart:

I did it again damn it! Woke up to a half empty bag of sesame seeds :tired_face: and a high cal cheese bun. Why cant i get control of the darn night eating :tired_face:

It’s that based on this information - you, my friend - might actually be a bird in a human costume. :joy:

(jokes aside, I have done this with flax seed. I am a canary)

Im really bad for waking up through the night and heading straight to the kitchen for biscuits,crisps and chocolate,decided last week to replace all these with fruit,grapes,bananas and pears,so far so good👍🏻
