Night Sweats. Everyones different, how do you cope?

I noticed on my sober nights of not drinking I sweat, BUT I only seem to sweat when in a deep REM sleep then wake up from feeling the uncomfortable moisture and then the anxiety comes to I’m just ruining my sheets. Has anyone had good luck with coping or solutions to this problem? And how long does it typically go on for(alcoholic).

Me too! I have the same thing going on. Only day 3 this time around. Takes me a week for the sweats to lessen. I also take meds for PTSD making it worse. In terms of dealing I keep house at 65 during night time hours and drink alot of water throughout the day. Also Vitamin B helps.
