I get paid by the hour, IT can take their sweet ass time fixing issues, I’ll sit here with my feet propped up collecting my pay

It used to be like that for me when I worked in office but working remotely in a different state now the policy only allowed an hour of paid time for “troubleshooting.” It took 3 hours to fix it but luckily my lead found and got me approved for a project to do during that time so I could still say I was working and get paid.
