I started to reply to this yesterday but wanted to wait. IDK why. I do have violent dreams. So much so that I wake with panic attacks. Getting kinda short of breath as I type this. It is what my trauma does to me now. IT used to be outward expression, but I think the nightmares are inward. I hope you fair ok. Are your dreams of you being violent, or you experiencing violence?
