I’m not sure if I did this right. So I’m sorry if I didn’t. But I’m so excited I can hardly contain myself. My lab results came back and my liver emzines are normal!!! I haven’t seen that in forever.

I remember when my GGT went from 2500 to normal. Unfortunately, at the time I wasn’t ready to quit and celebrated with alcohol! I realised that the only thing that had really been keeping me sober was the fact I was being monitored (by my psychiatrist). But that was me - I’m really pleased for you!!

@Lost_wanderer8888. I’m sorry I forgot to answer your question. It took me 2 years to get my liver values back to normal. I was a bottle of chardonnay a day drinker for 20 years.

All my numbers are out of wack. Dr is giving me 30 days to show improvement. I know all I have to do is no alcohol, the body has amazing healing power.
