I’m getting some of these posts on my email because I think I accidently switched to watching instead of tracking and I can’t turn it off. If I click"unsubscribe"to this email will I lose anything on this app?

Check your email settings:

Click your icon in the upper right
Click the Profile icon (far right)
Click Preferences
On the drop down on the right, select Emails

Here, you can change what emails you receive.
