One day back and ready for this for the last time

Nike: “Just do it”! Even if you just get dressed for Gym and go there and plan do at least do a little. Then it will come naturally once you get back into routine!

Then how instead of going to the gym to work out, just make a goal of walking down a street two times, or up and down some stairs, and ten crunches, even if it’s in your house. Just make a routine of it, and most of all hold yourself accountable of the simple routine. Slowly but surely, build the routine.
