Pretty proud I made it one week without drinking. Yet sad to have to admit I had a problem at the same time!

Congratulations! Sometimes are pride gets in the way of what we know deep down and can be very challenging to accept, but not impossible to over come. What we want to deny can actually make us a stronger and better person once we get past the denial and accept our addiction has control over us.

Congradulations! That first week can be so hard. It definetly isn’t easy to admit we have a problem, but kudos to you for realizing that and doing it anyways. Keep it up.
