Kirsty, you broke the one word rule. :joy: @paws86 You should take lessons from @anon89892515 he found a loophole in the rule and figured out how to make it work with only one word.

Sorry guys I couldn’t help myself, can’t sleep and have too much time on my hands. Have a beautiful day in sobriety my friends.

No time for guilt or shame in recovery. Here to listen Kirsty if you would like to share. I find it helpful when I share what’s going on in my life. Sharing and getting other people’s perspectives and opinions helps me stay out of my head and in the long run helps me stay sober. Be kind to yourself, Good luck my friend. Wishing you peace and serenity on your journey in sobriety.

I ran into that same problem before Kirsty. I thought it was funny how Steve posted his “one word.” :joy:

I got so blacked out the other night I hit my other half, i dont remember doing it and would never act this way sober!!
I have a lot of trauma from my first marriage and when I drink I accuse him of being like my ex and I think thays why I’ve lashed out, I know this is why i have to stop drinking but at the moment it’s very raw and I feel so bad for hurting him this way
