So I finally told my husband that I have been drinking a lot (in secret) and that I’m working on staying sober. He was fantastic, he was supportive and loving. I’m so relieved.

I went through this also. I was so ashamed and embarrassed but it felt amazing to get it off my chest! This was 6 weeks ago and my husband has been such a blessing and a big help to me. I am thankful to have that unconditional support during a time when you’re already so hard on yourself. I am happy for you and the deeper connection you will have with your spouse:)
