Any advice on patience I still struggle with that like a child I am an immediate gratification kind of man it’s no fun
Oh I wish I had a quick answer for you. I do understand though. Sounds like us addicts have a lot in common. I didn’t have a lot of patience when I first quit either. Meditation and yoga helps me
Trying to understand that we are all coming at things from a different angle can be helpful too
Practicing my patience this long weekend.
Going camping in maine with my family and mother in law. Yup my mother in law who drives me nuts. I’m sure I drive her nuts too
