My Body has been exhausted this week as I go through my own detox. Today is day 7 of sobriety. Last night I met up with a friend and web spent the Evening together. We watched fireworks and really just had a great time conversation at her home. They say friends make a better family and for me that is so true! I an thankful to have found a lifelong friend who acknowledges my flaws, doesn’t dwell in them, and loves me for who I am. I’m just feeling very supported today. Even though I’m Aston tired from my choices, I can feel healing begin
