First night out in their condo. They seem ok. Little nervous I saw a coyote chase a quail today down by the creek. Secure I hope. I will probably check on them through out the night.

My new tripawd fella is bringing a lot of joy to my days!
His first 3-4 weeks he hardly made a sound. Laid pretty low. Now? He’s all “hey, I have rights! and a human who adores me!”

Apparently if a dog sleeps belly up like this they feel very safe and secure in their surroundings. Well apparently Stubbs is secure AF because he almost always sleep belly up like this lol

To prove my point here is baby Stubbs sleeping the same way… He also used to love making himself a “nest” of shoes in the cats bed to sleep in. He then ate the cats bed one day while we were out for a few hours.

My 55 kg shelter dog is living his best life now. At least I think so. He snorrs, farts, is a cuddlebug when awake and loves the farm lifestyle: Me working, him chilling in the orchard
