Rode my bike a couple streets over to the river earlier and then Was just cruising around my neighborhood. One street over from me every side street from their leads to the river for about a mile or two. So I often go there to meditate or just chill. I posted a picture of this church because a lot of times I just sit on the steps and just think about stuff or it’s just nice to sit there and people watch or watch life happening.. These photos are nothing special but this is photos of where I live and where I hang out.
I don’t need a lot to be happy….

Pretty much my whole entire life is in a 5 mile radius right now.. Mostly because of Probation but then again I probably still would be staying close to home even if I wasn’t on probation

How long will you be out to sea for your trips? And are you the captain?
About a week at a time depending on weather. I’m a crewman. The captain is the owner/operator. With 25 years sobriety. He has zero tolerance.
Most crabbers cannot comply and he has a high turnover rate.
Im entering my 8th sober season.
He is a hard ass, no bullshit kind of guy.
I have never been asked to take a drug test. I’ve always wanted to when I’m clean and sober. Maybe this will be my chance.
This isn’t going to be easy. Its going to be worth it.

What is the weather for 14.25 days ?!
Average weight is around 2 pounds, so 30,000 crabs. I think we will fill the boat fast. The first time. I’ve caught 25 thousand pounds in 24 hours before. It was all that boat could hold.
It is awesome to be on a sober crew!
If we fill this twice I will be thrilled.
