This mornings walk in the hood

I kind of think my recovery was getting stale. Or just the rollercoaster of emotions lately.

So I went and dug out a tool I haven’t used for awhile on Insight Timer. Chanting.
Om Mani Padme Om :folded_hands:

What a beautiful walk I had.

Painted and decorated gates are a huge part of the Germanic culture in Romania. This gate reminded me of that.

These guys are my next door neighbors almost. Next dock over and in a little.

They get up early and make noise. Always doing drills.

The other morning they went swimming on purpose in our cold waters.

No protection except flotation

I thought my job was hard.

Im glad they are here. I hope I never need them.

i live within a bike ride distance to a bay. Not the sort of water you’d likely want to swim in though sometimes people do. Lots of parks and a good scenic ride along the waterfront. Even on the hottest days at home, a bike ride is much cooler with the ocean breeze. Its when i get back home and off the bike i start to pour out all the sweat.
