A roadside marker in my town. I never read it thoroughly before. It documents some of the very early institutional racism of the American Colonies. St Albans, referred to on side 2, is the “big town” about 10 miles north of mine, and became a railroad hub throughout the 19th and into the 20th centuries.

It’s salmon season. This was opener day on the Columbia River. I took these on the way out to go shrimping. Was a zoo! Çombat fishing!
These were near the mouth. World famous Buoy 10 fishing.
Çrazy traffic in the river.
A few miles up the river in Astoria. I have flown my drone around quite a bit and haven’t seen a fish caught.

Haha not this time Jazzy,maybe next time,its on the road that i usually walk so ill go up there again,probably with a pair of boots on next time,it was raining last night so it got a bit slippy!!

I spent far too long today in the bowels of Westminster and the nearby area, getting my paperwork and ID done for my new job.
The straw coloured surface is meant to be grass…
