@1111 welcome! There are several threads dictated to porn/ masturbation addiction here and several individuals with that addiction, myself included. I’m 5 years sober from an over 30 year active addiction and while it certainly wasn’t easy it is so worth it! There are recovery groups, SA, SAA, SLAA and others, research them and find one that fits you and start going even if it’s just online.
Keep coming back, it works if you work it and your worth it!

It’s hard man depending on how much you watched and jerked off. You got this though I was addicted to it for years, more than you and quit cold turkey 5 months now. It hasn’t been all good and dandy but this is what I want so I am going to continue on. By the way my girl is not complaining she is loving it if you know what I mean. I never knew that you can get really bad withdrawal symptoms from jerking off but you can like my neck gets stiffed from time to time weird how that messes around with your brain like that, take care man you have any questions don’t hesitate.

Hey, welcome to the forum! I too struggle with this addiction so I can relate to where you’re coming from and the challenges you feel each day. My suggestion is to stay active here and never give up on yourself (if you give up on yourself, it makes it so much harder to quit). Hope to see you around

Yeah , I believe it is the hardest Addiction out there
I just relapse after 6 days, I’m feeling very sick,tired, shame and guilt!
Learn from this relapse. What lead up to it, what can you do different next time those triggers come up, put a plan in place to do something different.
Those are common feelings, accept them and realize you’re human and are going to make mistakes then forgive yourself!
