I went without porn for 3 weeks until today. That was my longest break from porn in a while. I’m so upset at myself but I know the best thing to do is to pick myself up and try again. But man, I really feel helpless right now.

Maybe set perameters so u can not view it… you are powerless over your addiction and have to be very vigilant…we as addicts dont get sobriety the first time we try u have to bounce back and put more time in …you can do it …

Fail forward. Announce, Account, Reset, Recommit, and Drive forward. You know you can do 3wks. You just did it. Now do 3weeks + 1 day, or 2 days, or 4 weeks. Refuse to do any less than 3 weeks. You can do 3 weeks. You’ve proved this to yourself. Every day after, even if you relapse, you have failed forward, and one day, your “last relapse” will actually be your last relapse.
