Positive Changes
Consistency and commitment.
I’ve realized it’s better to be “boring” than to feel like sh
t about myself all the time. I’m the one that has to live with consequences, good or bad. It’s better to go to sleep at night knowing I did what I said I would do and did the best I could. (Sustainable happiness over chaos & other’s opinions of what I’m doing.)
*Expression of self-love. Custom build habits I want for myself. Not because I “have” to. List reasons why it is important to me and how I will go about obtaining them.
*Making self-care a priority so that I can be the best version of self and better serve others in the long run. (Not allowing myself to burn out or build resentments)
*Start small goals to build momentum rather than getting overwelmed and starting over.
*Be kind and love myself into change. The goal is to feel better for myself rather than out of guilt or perfection.
*Celebrate the victories (new gym shoes, a great cup of coffee, a nice dinner) Give myself something positive to look forward to.
*Keep it simple. Relax, let go, have faith. It must come from a place of love.
