Positive Changes
Consistency and commitment.
I’ve realized it’s better to be “boring” than to feel like sht about myself all the time. I’m the one that has to live with consequences, good or bad. It’s better to go to sleep at night knowing I did what I said I would do and did the best I could. (Sustainable happiness over chaos & other’s opinions of what I’m doing.)
*Expression of self-love. Custom build habits I want for myself. Not because I “have” to. List reasons why it is important to me and how I will go about obtaining them.
*Making self-care a priority so that I can be the best version of self and better serve others in the long run. (Not allowing myself to burn out or build resentments)
*Start small goals to build momentum rather than getting overwelmed and starting over.
*Be kind and love myself into change. The goal is to feel better for myself rather than out of guilt or perfection.
*Celebrate the victories (new gym shoes, a great cup of coffee, a nice dinner) Give myself something positive to look forward to.
*Keep it simple. Relax, let go, have faith. It must come from a place of love.
