No moving parts on this one. I used it as gravestone on Tama’s grave, my cat who died in 2005 before Luna and Rosa came into my life. Now I keep it at home as memorial.

We have 2 of these but had to hide them away because my kids were trying to zap each other with them. I don’t think it could actually harm them but hitting each other with plastic rackets isn’t ideal either lol

Oh I love yours. What a beautiful memorial 
My sister got us ours and it took a minute to get used to. I had to fix it as it was making a loud Tick Tick sound when the arms move. Now no sound but the arms moving kinda give a happy feeling - the kitty always sems so happy and looks like she is dancing
