Had to take a moment because VPK, as an acronym, stands for “voluntary fire brigade” in Finnish. They are trained volunteers who work with professional first responders.

In Dutch it stands for “verpleegkundige” , meaning “licensed skilled caregiver” or something like that. Registered Nurse is an easier translation.

Yes, and doors and cupboards. It has two ends. I used it in my previous job, protected living for older folks with mental health problems.
