Well heâs back to being himself! Itching to go play. Have another week of resting to go. I feel so bad I have to keep turning him away when he brings me a toy. I am not allowed to even play tug of war with him, I was instructed to keep him as calm and quiet as possible while recovering - 2 weeks.
Positive note, I coincidentally picked two good weeks for him to be out of commission. Rained most of this past week with a day of snow, and this week is cold and rainy up til thursday or so. He wouldnât be out doing much running around either way.

That family is addicted to huge dogs.
Every new blanket that comes in gets claimed. This was folded up nicely and stored under a side table.
The hardest thing is that all I want to do is hug and cuddle him, but we squirms away. He loves cuddles but he has to be the initiator, has to be on his terms!
Yes, I try my best to let him be. Personal space, I can understand that. If the temptation is too much, sometimes I just give him a quick soft kiss on the head and then Iâm on my way - he doesnât seem to mind that so much.
Itâs kind of hard to get a good photo of both of your dogs when one is black and one is white lol. These are my girls, Patty and Elaine.
