My ex just told my daughter he’s going to have to put down one of our cats due to mouth cancer. She is a black and white tuxedo kitty. I took the 2 dogs in the divorce 3 years ago and he kept the 2 cats. I’m so heartbroken. 
we do have this new addition, but I’m heart broken about Cookie.

Seriously?? I had a little guy with that problem. Now he’s on Purina One. Vet recommended it. And we aren’t letting him free feed. All is well. Good luck.

We got my sons 2 cats because his girlfriend didn’t like cats. A few months later the girlfriend left him. I didn’t want to give him abig “I told ya so” but we told him to keep his cats. We kept the cats. He cannot have them back.

Try a Hills Science Diet dry in his/her age limit. Which we actually did first but we switched it up to Purina One because of the other cat.
I thought dog farts were bad until my one cat. Glad we fixed ours.

I love it when she gets tired of waiting for us to go to bed at night and gets in our bed before we do. Only for me to get her up and take her out. I’m not ready to play the old dog card again.
