His name is Dozzi, short for Italian dozzin[o], for his dozen front toes. 
Technically wild but I have bird pets that moved into the awning, there’s three little baby birds in the nest and momma bird is very skittish.
Wasn’t sure where to post these…sober leg selfie thread, nature thread or pet thread but because Nugget 
s in them all I thought this thread would be appropriate.
When she had her stitches out the other day I promised to take her swimming… what she didn’t know was that she would be travelling the lake on a paddle board for the first time ever. She did great and she actually loved it.
We have both had way worse days then today. I am grateful for my life.

I’d say so! Its raw and rainy here this weekend, which he hates. I keep telling him we won’t have to worry about it for much longer 
He’ll need to learn quick though that the desert is not a forgiving place. Much more in terms of plants and animals there that can harm him. Thankfully he is well-trained and listens when I tell him to get away from something…but here, its really only coyotes and hawks I need to watch for. Rarely see coyotes, and hawks are generally easy to spot.
Now along with those in AZ, we’ll need to also watch for…well, everything lol. Snakes, various insects and arachnids, gila monster, javelina, bobcat, cougar, other birds of prey in addition to hawks, cacti, the sun…
No nature walks for him until i’m familiar with the area and wildlife, etc!
