Raining here in the desert this morning.
So Chief had a cozy lie-in while we waited for it to stop. Then it was off to play ball.
I can’t remember the last morning when we didn’t go play ball. It was probably after his 2nd cancer surgery, a year and a half ago now! That little fella loves his playtime, and he loves cozy shit.

Lola’s got a new shirt on.
I hope the recovery is going well. They look so cute in this one. I can’t get my guys till tomorrow 🥲 empty house no pets 🥲 but we don’t get in til after 1 so we’ll be way too tired to care. NOT!

We are up and scheduled for a 9:30 am Sunday pick up. I can’t even believe I’m up. It’s going to be a full day of pet cuddling therapy. It took us 27 hours to get home

It was worth it and so much easier sober. But I am kinda fried.
Having the calm grateful attitude the airlines must be doing the best they can with so many canceled flights because they are understaffed and thunderstorms etc…… made it all OK

I just wrote those exact words to my kids when I texted them that pic. And look at Minnie posing 
She’s playing coy or something. The old girl has been running circles around the living room and kitchen. To hot to let them out. I’m afraid she might her herself. I hope she settles in.
And they will get a pet from you.
