FB came up with this post of mine from 7 years ago today. I just had dreamed a happy dream of Rosa, Luna’s little sister, who I lost October 3 of that year. Which coincided with the day of my dad’s cremation. It wasn’t the best day of my life. Christmas that year was the first time I felt a little bit better about it all. Still miss you Rosa. Miss my dad too. Although my relationship to him was and is a lot more complicated than that to Rosa.

My mom’s feeder is chaotic today, there’s a big storm brewing so these little ones are getting their fill…

Miss Lacey is feeling pretty sore today, cold weather and old bones don’t work well together. She had a little romp in the snow but wasn’t too interested in a photoshoot.
