I can’t get on the floor or bend to take new pics of Chief, so until I’m healed, ya’ll will keep getting photos from the archive. Thankfully, I average ~100 photos of him a yr (6 yrs old, a little under 600 pics) 
About half are from his first year (you know how it is).
I know Chief likes AZ, as he hated the cold and snow more than I do. But I know he misses wintertime beach muckabouts. Loves the sea.
He’s about 2 here.

my old dog Kodiak was a staffy/retreiver mix and she was always trying to catch bees!! Benadryl worked for her a few times! Let us know how Nugget is feeling now.

Thanks for all your well wishes. Nuggies eye is definitely still swollen but much better than yesterday. I gave her some medicam last night with her dinner and I will give her some more benadry I with her breakfast this morning.
I have Mason bees climbing under the shingles of my house ( they refuse to use the 40 dollar bee homes ibought them) so I am suspect it was one of them that got Nugs.
I definitely dont need a DNA swab to see the boxer in her.

May 25th 2021, will be 1 yr with Max! He was found on an extremely busy road, held for a week and no one claimed, rescue picked up & I adopted. He had a large mass on his side, terrible & missing teeth. In July 2021, he was neutered, mass removed, 6 more teeth extracted. He was still fighting a lot of infections that were treated for months, 1 took his sight completely. I’m happy to say this is him today, he’s a sweet, quiet, patient boy who likes everyone, including my twin 2 yr old grandboys & 12 yr old rescue cat, Riley. I know he’s 10+ but I try not to worry about that, SR dogs need love too.

Max’s hair trims are hit & miss, some will be 1/4 inch, other places 1.5". At least now he’s used to me doing it, and luckily he can’t see the finished look, lol.
