It came with my house, been there for years. It stays cool for the pups, but is awful to fall on!!!
Luckily I’ve never fallen on it! That does sound dangerous. I’ve definitely slipped around with wet pool feet, probably not best to tempt fate. Lol
But yes Rue LOVES flopping on it to stay cool

Another hot dog here! This after sunbathing in the ridiculous hot sun like all the other old girls and fellas 
She’s got a few favorite cool spots around the house. When she’s laying here I sometimes lose her and search around the house before remembering this hidden corner

So, my princess…my 70 lb pit/ mastiff mix…has to sleep on the bed with me. The only way we got her to stay off the bed was to put her bed by me on the floor.
Ms .Monkey sent me this photo. When turned the light on, Rosie growled at her, got up, nudged her bed and then went back to sleep. I guess the Princess needed more sleep

Trip underway…doing amazing! Both kitties taking turns on Mom’s lap. 5 hours in, 2 to go. We stopped for a bathroom break but nobody used the box. Gunny (Golden Retriever) is a champion traveler. Except for a little panting you never know he’s here!
