I got some steps a while back to try and teach them before they truly need them. They refuse fo use them

They use them to get on the bed. Our king size bed is so tall 
. But she won’t use them for anything else. Sometimes the couch. Getting or jumping down is the problem. It jars her arthritis . Getting old isn’t for sissies as my grandma use to say.

Lupe got to go for a looooong car ride to pick up her Mami (me) today! She’s such a trooper and was so happy to see me and my parents she was talking up a storm and eager to get all the pets! I got some cuddles and then she was out hard. Exciting day for this old girl.

Buddy. He was on his back for belly rubs, but will always look away or turn if I try to take a pic. I don’t know what his previous life was like, but he’s afraid of spoons, of course the vacuum. And when outside, he watched a garbage truck coming down the street, when it got closer, he couldn’t run fast enough to get back inside, he would have ran in anyone’s house if they opened the door, lol. Now we plan his walks around the Garbage/Recycle trucks on Thursdays. He’s not afraid of any size dog, we have several around, or people. I adore him.
