Long time, no see, Jefe!
He’s being so good during this whole move. All his (my) things are disappearing and he def knows something is up. He’s a smart fella, he’ll piece it together and I can just keep comforting him and playing with him.
Our egregiously loud upstairs neighbor moved out last week, he’s already so much more relaxed - we both are - without the constant rumbling and banging around above. I think he’s going to love the quiet of our house and new neighborhood 
Not to mention getting to be the boss of a whole frikkin’ yard.

Moved into the house today.
Didn’t do it intentionally, but Chief now has a great, sunny mid-afternoon spot to snooze and watch birds at the feeder
He had such an intense day today. Between the ruckus of the move, the excitement of seeing my 3 friends, and a ton of time with me outside. He’s exhausted. We both are!
He is so unflappable and resilient, even when things get nuts. Chief doesn’t know the word “discouraged”. I love him for that, among so many other reasons.
